Test for 1 Rep Max Shoulder Press

Test for 1 Rep Max Deadlift

Score is total for all three lifts.

 

 

Conditioning:

21 Kettelbell Swings 55/35

I've seen Dave working hard for this. He's done an amazing job and I hope he keeps going. His health is the best reward for all the effort he's put into the challenge. Great job Dave! Michelle has also worked her butt off! She took a full minute off her Helen time! Wow! What a difference! Great job Michelle!
