today's about killed me - 6:48, 8:10 and 8:55... PATHETIC! this was the "volume" Fight Gone Bad - and it blew me out of the water! Rx'd.

This is a non WOD comment...I just got back from vacation in CO. I had no problems hiking in altitude, but now I'm beginning to get scared about the upcoming Memphis games. I accept that I'm a weak old man, but I don't relish the idea of being humiliated at the games. I have never competed in an event of this type (or any athletic type) before and I'm beginning to pussy out. We have several outstanding athletes in out gym that I don't mind at all having my ass kicked by and I wish I saw more of them signed up!

Just saw the elements for the Memphis workout-Im glad I am going to be on vacation!(sorry Curtis-Kelly&I are gone other wise we would be going to endure the pain!)The elements they have listed are some of my weakest!I think if you go do your best thats all you can do Curtis!Remember we have Fight Gone Bad is Sept. and we will all be doing that!!
