One time through is good!! I bettered a previous time from 11/09 by more than 2 minutes and used a lighter band for pull ups and a kg more for the thrusters. May have done so well because I actually had a chance to better my long time work out buddy's time. Not that I'm competitive or anything.

Great job Marcia, I'm starting to see a lot of PRs in the gym and I think we can see that our focus on strength is starting to pay off. I'm sure your tenacity and drive had a lot to do with it as well. You're an inspiration to all of us at CF Cdale.
