    this one was tough... mispaced and wanted to curl into a ball - almost met barfy
    15:11 - 25lbs clean - will do RX at 30 next time... until we meet again ERIN!

    16:11-yes only one minute behind Janice however I only used 20lbs!! 25's next time then RX!!

    15:50 I worked out with the class AFTER the "Fire Breathers"-as Randy affectionately calls the hard core 6:00 Crossfitters. We were all scaled. I used 8# dumb bells and the green band for pull ups.

    14:28 Scaled, I used 8# dumb bells and the black band for pull ups. I started at Crossfit 2 months ago, so it's not too bad. The only way to go from here is up!
