Warmed up Deadlift with 70k (thanks Curtis)
90-95-100 first time doing set of 3 deadlifts

Scaled the Metcon:
assisted pullups
10' Box jump
used 6lb medball...

I am totally trashed after yesterday and todays workout.... Moving tmrw should be interesting
