having a lot of shoulder pain, didnt reach my PR of 35k

I was looking forward to working out today, but unfortunately I am sick... AGAIN. I have had a terrible year for sickness. So as soon as I am well... I will be back!

met con really hurt, and I quit after 14 rounds....then Jasmine told me that most folks scaled to 11....
