50 Jumping pull-ups
50 Kettlebell swings, 1 pood
Walking Lunge, 50 steps
50 Knees to elbows
50 Push press, 45 pounds
50 Back extensions
50 Wall ball shots, 20 pound ball
50 Burpees
50 Double unders

Randy-you are doing such a great job at putting all these workouts together...the "main crossfit"site has really been lacking lately and I've definetly been getting more out of are workouts!! my shoulders are dying!!
Went from 40reps in November to 50 today and beat my 40 rep time!!
