  • Simply put, because CrossFit works! No other crosstraining program compares! CrossFit is purposely broad, general and inclusive and is random in it's approach. Each day the workout is different. This means that you never get bored and never plateau with progress.
  • CrossFit training is just that... TRAINING. We train you every time you walk in the door. We are in the training business- not the membership selling business.
  • CrossFit trains you both aerobically and anaerobically... usually at the same time! We do work in all 3 metabolic pathways: phosphagen, glycolytic and oxidative.
  • It is efficient in that we do multi-joint and multi-muscle exercises, take little to no rest breaks and keep our intensity high... we do a lot of work in a short amount of time. This means we complete all of our workouts within 45-50 minutes allowing you to fit your training into your busy schedule.
  • We use functional movements that carry over to tasks in life and we teach you how to move your bodies, not machines. We also blur the lines between cardio and strength training as nature and life often do.
  • We specialize in not specializing. CrossFit makes you well-rounded in your fitness and helps you develop competence in all 10 recognized domains of fitness: endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance and accuracy.
  • We are a back to basics, no frills, garage style gym. We believe that where you train is less important than how you train and that who you train with matters more than what gear you have.
  • The CrossFit community is like a family and will be there to encourage you day in and day out.
