Step 1. Come in and watch one of the training sessions. You can locate the current schedule by clicking on the "Program Schedule" link on the left sidebar. Map directions

 

Step 2. Try out the free Saturday morning session that occurs every Saturday morning at 11:00 am (check the website the night before for any cancellations due to seminars). No CrossFit experience necessary for the Saturday session. If you are serious about committing to CrossFit Carbondale, we are serious about giving you the best CrossFit experience possible and making you more fit.  Don't be shy, come and try it. Regardless of your current level of fitness our staff will  adjust the load and intensity of your work out to match your ability and physical tolerances.

 

Step 3. Decide to participate through a better understanding of what CrossFit is all about. Experiencing a CrossFit workout for yourself is the best way to learn more about our great program! There is no obligation or annoying sales pitches, follow up phone calls or contracts. Just a great work out with a great coach is all you need to make an informed decision about whether to join our CrossFit community.

 What to bring when you come to train at CFC

  • A strong desire to get into the best shape of your life, to become more fit, truly fit, CrossFit.
  • A towel - Yes, you will sweat during training.
  • Flat shoes without much cushion.
  • Athletic tape for pull-ups- You can't rely on your coach having some for you.
  • Dress for the weather and the WOD you will be performing- check the website before you come.
  • An understanding that YOU are responsible for your own training, we can show you the way and provide assistance along the path but ultimately it is you that has to make it happen. Go here to read about our coaching philosophy.
